It was my first time at Nobu last night for a work outing, and the food + ambiance did not disappoint!
We did a family-style menu that included 8 or 9 courses plus dessert, and the stars of the show were the sashimi platters. My favorite items were the oysters and seared toro topped with caviar. The fish was fresh, and the sauces were perfect. The regular sushi that came out towards the end of our meal was good, but not great. Again, get the sashimi dishes! Dessert was just alright as well.
We were seated on a patio area right by the ocean, and the views were beautiful! And as expected, we saw two celebrities while there. Service was great.
I don't know that I'd come back unless someone else was paying for my meal again though, as it is a pretty pricey place!
